Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
Instructions:
1. Collect all ingredients. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess grease. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the beef mixture. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
